RESOLUTION NO. 61 -1971
A RESOLUTION ABATING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE ST. 1969 -1 STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT ON LOTS 23, 24, 25 AND 26, BLOCK 8, DONNAY'S LAKEVIEW MANOR
ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fridley expressed its intention
at the July 6, 1970 meeting to abate the special assessments for the St.
1969 -1 Street Improvement Project on Lots 23, 24, 25, and 26, Block 8,
Donnay's Lakeview Manor Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Council now wishes to confirm this action by the necessary
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
that the principal amounts of the St. 1969 -1 Street Improvement Project on the
following lots are hereby abated in the amounts shown:
Lot 23, Block 8, Donnay's Lakeview Manor Addition $101.25
Lot 24, Block 8, Donnay's Lakeview Manor Addition $ 47.25
Lot 25, Block 8, Donnay's Lakeview Manor Addition $101.25
Lot 26, Block 8, Donnay's Lakeview Manor Addition $114.75
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 7TH DAY
