RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
REGARDING THE TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF HWY. #65
AND WEST MOORE LAKE DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes,
to -wit:
To provide a traffic signal with street lights within the
corporate limits of the City on Trunk Highway No. 65 at
West Moore Lake Drive in accordance with Agreement No.
56888, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers hereby are
authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on
behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained there-
in.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 12TH DAY OF
JULY, 1971.
