RESOLUTION NO. 80 -1971
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1970 -2

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of
construction with respect to the following named
improvement, to -wit:
A. Street Improvement Project No. 1970 -2 including all
incidental expenses thereto is estimated at s
$82,304.15.

2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk
shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every i
assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land benefited
by said improvement according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
