RESOLUTION NO. 82 -1971
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PRO-
JECT NO. 93
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the 9th
day of August, 1971, at 7:30 P.M. to pass upon the
proposed assessment for the following named improve-
ment.
SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and
place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City,
at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 12TH DAY OF JULY, 1971.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT #93
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet
at the City Hall in said City on the 9th day of August, 1971, at 7:30
o'clock P.M. to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed
assessments in respect to the following improvement, to -wit:
SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file
and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of
the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing the Council will consider written or oral objections to the
proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction
of water mains, sanitary sewer, laterals, and service connections and other
facilities to serve the streets in the area bounded by:
79th Avenue extended on the North, Osborne Road on the South,
University Avenue on the East and the Railroad tracks on the
West side basically, including the streets -- Osborne Road, 78th
Avenue, 79th Avenue, Gumwood Street, Hickory Street, Main Street,
streets between Main and University Avenue, and the West Service
Drive of University Avenue on the proposed plat of East Ranch
Estates.
61st Avenue: McKinley Street to Stinson Boulevard
McKinley Street: Cul de sac to North to 61St Avenue.
Jefferson Street: 57th Avenue to 58th Avenue
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is
all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and lying within
the general area of the above noted streets.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein
contained according to the benefits received.
