RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT
#103
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 68 -1971 adopted the 21st day of June, 1971
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as
specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference as
Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten
(10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council Hearing through
two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held
and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 68 -1971 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed
as soon as possible to -wit:
Watermains, sanitary sewer, laterals and service connections
and storm sewer and appurtenances
1. To serve the proposed Innsbruck North Plat Phase I
2. To serve Matterhorn Drive between Interstate #694 and
Gardena Avenue
3. To serve Arthur Street between the proposed Innsbruck
North Plat to Gardena Avenue
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed
under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon
receipt of bids.
3. That Suburban Engineering, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 6875
Highway #65, Fridley, Minnesota is hereby designated as the
Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare final
plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.

A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR SANITARY
SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #100
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City Qf Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
1.. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of con-
struction with respect to the following named improvements,
to -wit:
A. Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Improvement Project
N0.100 including all incidental expenses thereto is
estimated at $59,314.04.
2. The Finance Director shall forthwith calculate the proper
amounts to be specially assessed for said improvement
against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land
benefited by said improvement according to law.

RESOLUTION NO. 86 -1971
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR SANITARY AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #100
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on July 19, 1971,
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost
of street improvements, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer system, sani-
tary sewer and water services, and other facilities.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the 16th day of August,
1971, at 7:30 P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment for
Sanitary and Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 100.
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place
of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least
two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT PROJECT NO. 100
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at
the City Hall in said City on the 16th day of August, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock
P.M., to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assess-
ments in respect to the following improvement, to -wit:
SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #100
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file
and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of
the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing the Council will consider written or oral objections to the
proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction
of water mains, sanitary sewer and storm sewer, laterals and service con-
nections and other facilities to serve the streets in the area bounded by:
Osborne Road on the North, Central Avenue on the East, Fireside
Drive on the South and Viron Road on the West
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is
all that land benefitted by said improvements or each of them and lying
within the general area of the above noted streets.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein
contained according to the benefits received.
