RESOLUTION #92 -1971
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING COSTS AND EXPENSES FROM SANITARY SEWER
AND STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 100 TO THE PUBLIC UTILITY FUND
WHEREAS, Certain costs and expenses were incurred underthe_ contract
of Dunkley Surfacing Company, Inc. under Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer
Improvement Project No. 100 in the area of Central Avenue and Gardena
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, These costs should be part of the Public Utility Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That expenditures in the amount of
$10,237.49 be transferred from Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Improve-
ment Project No. 100 to the Public Utility Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 2ND DAY OF AUGUST, 1971.
