A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1971 SERVICE CONNECTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,'
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construction with
respect to the following named improvement, to -wit:
A. The 1971 Sewer and Water Mains, Laterals, and Service Connections,
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at
$30,089.05.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk shall forth-
with calculate the proper amounts to be specially assessed for said
improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land
benefited by said improvement according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
9TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1971.
