RESOLUTION NO. 112 - 1972
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM
THE STATE AID REVOLVING ACCOUNT TO THE P -10 FUND (MEADOWLANDS
DRAINAGE)
WHEREAS, The City Council has previously authorized .
expenditures for the P -10 Project in the Meadowlands Park area,
and
WHEREAS, The City has not provided financing for the total
cost of the improvement, and
WHEREAS, The balance of the funding in the amount of
$8,289.00 will be provided in the 1973 budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That a temporary transfer
of funds from the State Aid Revolving Account to the P -10 Fund
in the amount of $8,280.00 is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the State Aid Revolving Account
is to be reimbursed no later than March 1, 1973.
