RESOLUTION N0. 134 - 1972
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE RE- CERTIFICATION
OF THE ST. 1968 -1B STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FOR 71ST
AVENUE ON PARCEL 4800, SECTION 11 (MINNESOTA TRANSFER RAIL-
WAY PROPERTY)
WHEREAS, the special assessment for street surfacing on
71st Avenue for the ST. 1968 -18 Street Improvement Project
was deleted by Resolution No. 195 -1970 on October 51 1970,
pending settlement of a fifty -foot strip of land, and '
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached with the Minnesota
Transfer Railway Company,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the assessment for
street surfacing in the amount of $ 11,427.36
on Parcel 4800, Section 11, for the
ST. 1968 -1B Street Improvement Project, may and shall be
recertified, as follows:

Parcel 4800, Section it ST. 1968 -16 $ 110407.36
Such assessment shall be payable in seven (7) annual install-
ments payable on the first day of January in each year,
beginning in the year 1973, and continuing until all of said
installments shall have been paid, each installment to be
collected with taxes collectible during said year by the
County Auditor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF NOVEMBER
