RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS A;D ESTIXATES OF COSTS THEREOF: STREET
IMPROMMNL T PROJECT ST. 1973 -1 AND ST. 1973 -2 (MSAS)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 122 -1972 adopted the 2nd day of October, 1972
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as
specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference as
Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten (10)
days notice by mail and published notice of the Council Hearing through two (2)
weekly publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the
property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said noticg.
NOW, THEREFORE, -BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 122 -1972 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as
soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
Street improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix
bituminous mat, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer system, water
and sanitary sewer services and other facilities located as follows:

3. That the City Engineer, Nasim M. Qureshi, and the City's Consulting
Engineers are hereby designated as the Engineers for thi3 improvement.
They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 20TH DAY
