A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS

WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
