RESOLUTION N0. 152 - 1972
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
PART OF LOT 1, PARCEL 30; PART OF LOT 1, PARCEL 20; LOT 2, PARCEL 40; AND LOT 3,
PARCEL 60, BLOCK 1, OAKHILL ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect.to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Part of Lot 1, Parcel 30; Part of Lot 1, Parcel 20; Lot 2, Parcel 40; and Lot 39
Parcel 60, Block 1, Oakhill Addition, may and shall be apportioned and divided
