A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE TRANSFERRING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
FOR THE 1969 SERVICE CONNECTIONS FROM PARCEL 6000, SECTION 2, TO LOT 1, BLOCK It
EAST RANCH ESTATES 1ST ADDITION
WHEREAS, at the time the 1969 Service Connections were certified to the County
both of the above listed parcels of land were owned by the same person,
WHEREAS, at the time the assessment was made the plat maps showed the building
to be on Parcel 6000, Section 2
WHEREAS, subsequently the building was erected on Lot 1, Block 1, East Ranch
Estates 1st Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That commencing with the yearly payment due on the 1972 tax statement and the
payments for all subsequent years for the 1969 Service Connections be placed on
Lot 1, Block 1, East Ranch Estates 1st Addition, instead of on Parcel 6000,
Section 2.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 28th
