RESOLUTION NO. 38 -1972
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE OF PROPERTY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
SEWER AND WATER SERVICE IN THE VICINITY OF BLOCK 1, OAK HILL ADDITION
(SS&SW #105 -1)
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is desirous of making certain water
and sewer improvements in and adjacent to Block 1, Oak Hill Addition.
WHEREAS, Chet M. Herringer and Gerral G. Herringer, Joint Tenants,
have agreed to deed certain easements to the City of Fridley along said
Block 1 as indicated on the attached Exhibit marked enclosure #1, in
consideration of getting some property marked as Parcel A on the attached
exhibit.
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is the fee owner of said Parcel A.
WHEREAS, Chet M. Herringer and Gerral G. Herringer, Joint Tenants,
are desirous of getting a deed to Parcel A from the City of Fridley.
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is in possession of the necessary
easements from Chet M. Herringer and Gerral G. Herringer, Joint Tenants.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
The Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized to execute
a deed for Parcel A transferring the title to Chet M. Herringer
and Gerral G. Herringer, Joint Tenants.
