RES 1972-49 - 00008353RESOLUTION N0. 49 -1972 ' RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN DRAM SHOP INSURANCE STUDY WHEREAS, the League of Minnesota Municipalities proposes to engage a consultant to perform a complete study of the problem of unavailability, costs, and alternatives for providing municipal liquor dispensary operations with dram shop liability insurance, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA: 1. The City agrees to patticipate in such study of dram shop insurance. 2. Net revenue of the municipal liquor store for 1970 was $221,577.00 3. The financial participation of the City shall be in the amount of $100.00 to be paid out of the liquor store fund upon notification that a sufficient commitment from other municipalities has enabled such study.
