A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE STATE AID REVOLVING ACCOUNT
TO THE ST. 1971 -4 STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR A PORTION OF THE COST
OF IMPROVEMENTS TO THE INTERSECTIONS AT 57TH AVENUE AND UNIVERSITY,
AND 61ST AVENUE AND UNIVERSITY
WHEREAS, Certain improvements in the nature of street
surfacing, curb and gutter were made in the general area of
57th Avenue and University, and 61st Avenue and University in
the amount of $276,180.74, and
WHEREAS, Funds to be raised by assessments against abutting
or improved property amounts to $89,705.98 , and
WHEREAS, The State of Minnesota's share of the project is
$113,085.75, and
WHEREAS,.$29,544.75 in State Aid Funds are scheduled to be
drawn on this project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That a transfer from the
State Aid Revolving Account to the ST. 1971 -4 Street Improvement
Fund in the amount of $43,844.26 is hereby authorized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
