RESOLUTION NO. 89 - 1972
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 106
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on July 24, 1972
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost
of sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
I. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in
the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on
the 14th day of Aug., 1972, at 7:30 P.M.
to pass upon the proposed assessment for
SANITARY SEWER, WATER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 106
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time
and place of meeting in the offical newspaper of the
City at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

24th DAY OF July 1972.
