RESOLUTION NO. 95' -1972
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHANGING OF THE BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS
WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND, AND AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER TO THE STORM
SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #102, ADDENDUM #2
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized certain
expenditures beyond the budgeted amounts allocated to the various
departments of the City's General Government not previously antici-
pated in the 1972 Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of
Fridley meeting at a regular session on the 7th day of August,
1972 as follows:
1. That the appropriation for the following activity
be reduced as follows:
Reserve for Contingencies ' $5,000.00
2. That the appropriation for the following
activity be increased as follows:
Storm Sewer Improvement Project #102,
-- Addendum #2 - $5,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a transfer of $5,000 from the General
Fund to the Storm Sewer Improvement Project #102, Addendum #2 is hereby
authorized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
7TH DAY OF AUGUST 1972.
