RESOLUTION NO. 104 -1973
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT, APPROVAL OF PLANS AND ADDING
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF STREETS ONTO THE EXISTING STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1973 -1 AND ST. 1973 -2, (CHANGE ORDER 2)
WHEREAS, the resolution shown with the streets named below,
adopted by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed
improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearings attached
thereto for reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed with the making of the improvements (as noted in said
notice) were given (10) days notice by mail and published notice of
the Council hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the
required notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by the Council
resolution are hereby ordered to be effected and completed
as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
(a) The following improvement as noted in the notice of
hearing:
Street improvements, in
hot -mix bituminous mat,
incidental drainage and
streets:
Streets
West service drive - 79th Avenue
zluding grading, stabilized base, ,
concrete curb and gutter, and
other facilities for the following
Public Hearing
Resolution Adopted
to 81st Ave. 90 -1973 Aug. 6, 1973
Service road east of railroad track between
Mississippi Street and Rice Creek 94 -1973 Aug. 6, 1973
That the work involved in said improvements as listed above shall
be added onto the Contract of:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1973 -1 $ 2, by CHANGE ORDER #2
The Change Order #2, Street Improvement Project St. 1973 -1 $ 2
as submitted by the City Engineer is hereby approved.
ADOPTED BY THE CIdTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS., 20TH DAY
OF AUGUST . 1973.
