RESOLUTION NO. 109 -1973
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PARCELS 1280 AND 1290, SECTION 3, AND REPLATTING
INTO SWANSON TERRACE ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided and
replatted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Parcels 1280 and 1290, Section 3, may and shall be apportioned
and divided and replatted as follows:
