RESOLUTION NO. 110 -1973
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON OUTLOT F, PARCEL 5000; OUTLOT G, PARCEL 6000: AND
OUTLOT H, PARCEL 7000, INNSBRUCK NORTH ADDITION, AND REPLATTING
INTO INNSBRUCK NORTH TOWNHOUSES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to-
wit: Outlot F, Parcel 5000; Outlot G, Parcel 6000; and Outlot H,
Parcel 7000, Innsbruck North Addition, may and shall be apportioned
and divided and replatted as follows:
