RESOLUTION NO. 118 1973
RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR WATER,
SANITARY SEWER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 112
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of
the construction with respect to the following named
improvement, to -wit:
WATER, SANITARY SEWER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 112
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated
at $ 82.413.59
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk
shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every
assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land benefited by
said improvement according to law.
