RESOLUTION NO. 12 -1973
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE SANITARY SEWER
PLAN FOR THE CITY OF FRIDLEY AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUB-
MISSION TO THE METROPOLITAN SEWER BOARD
WHEREAS, The City Council has discussed the Comprehensive
Sanitary Sewer Plan with the City Engineering staff and the
Consulting Engineers a number of times the last year;
WHEREAS, The Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan has been
prepared to meet the sanitary sewer facility needs for the
ultimate development of this community;
WHEREAS, The final Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan
report has been submitted by Comstock and Davis, Incorpora-
ted, the City's Consulting Engineers.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Fridley, as follows:
1. That this Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan Report
is hereby approved.
2. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized to
submit this report to the Metropolitan Sewer Board
for their review and approval.
