A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT 1973 SERVICE CONNECTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construction
with respect to the following named improvement to -wit:
A. The 1973 Sewer and Water Mains, Laterals,
and Service Connections, indlucing all incidental
expenses thereto is estimated as $ sl -SS2 qq
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially
assessed for said improvement against every assessable lot,
piece, or parcal of land benefited by said improvement
according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
10TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER , 1973.
