A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL

WHEREAS, Certain special assessments have been levied with
respect to certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
