RESOLUTION NO. 161 -1973
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING AND REPLATTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PARCELS 1000 AND 1220, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 23, AND LOT 1,
BLOCK 1, PARCEL 10, AND LOT 2, BLOCK 1, PARCEL 60, EDGEWATER GARDENS ADDITION,
INTO REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO, 42
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided and replatted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Parcels 1000 and 1220, Auditor's Subdivision No. 23, and Lot 1, Block 1, Parcel
10, and Lot 2, Block 1, Parcel 60, Edgewater Gardens Addition, may and shall
be apportioned and replatted into Registered Land Survey No. 42, as follows:
