A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHANGING OF BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS
WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND (LEGAL)
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized certain expenditures,
beyond the budgeted amounts allocated in the 1973 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fridley meeting at a regular session on the 26th day of February,
1973 as follows:
1. That the appropriation for the following
activity be reduced as follows: -
Reserve for Contingencies $4,800.00
2. That the appropriation for the following
activity be increased as follows:
Legal $4,800.00
