RESOLUTION NO. 31 -1973
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 1 AND LOT 2, BLOCK 1, MARXEN TERRACE ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Lot 1, and Lot 2, Block 1, Marxen Terrace Addition, may and
shall be apportioned and combined as follows:
