RESOLUTION NO. 40 -1973
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
' WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that
the streets hereinafter described should be designated the Municipal
State Aid Streets under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1959,
Chapter 500:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, that the streets described as follows, to -wit:
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 335 - 63rd Avenue N.E. from the East line
of 7th Street (MSAS 312) to the
East line of Monroe Street
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 316 - Monroe Street from the North line
of 63rd Avenue to the South line
of Mississippi Street (CSAS 6)
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 336 - Arthur Street from the North line
of Rice Creek Road (CSAS 6) to the
South line of Mississippi Street
(MSAS 304)
be and hereby are established, located and designated the Municipal
State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner
of Highways of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the
Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his
approval of the designation of said streets or portion thereof, that
the same be constructed, improved and maintained as the Municipal State
Aid Streets of the City of Fridley, to be numbered and know as Municipal
State Aid Streets 335,316, and 336 respectively.
