RESOLUTION NO. 43 -1973
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING A
PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1973 -1, AND
ST. 1973 -2 (MSAS) ADDENDUM #2
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed
to be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners
affected thereby.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by the City Engineer & the
Consulting Engineers is hereby received and accepted.
2. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name and address of
the owner of each parcel of land directly affected or within the
area of lands as may be proposed to be assessed for said improvements,
and calculate estimates of assessments as may be proposed relative
thereto against each of said lands.
3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each
of them as noted in said notice are all the lands and areas as noted
in said notice: All of the same to be assessed proportionately
according to the benefits received.
4. That the estimates of assessments of the Clerk shall be available
for inspection to the owner of any parcel of land as may be affected
thereby at any public hearing held relative thereto, as well as at
any prior time reasonable and convenient.
S. That the City Clerk is authorized and directed

6. That this Council will meet on the 141th day of Mme, 1973 at 7:30
o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Fridley for the purpose
of holding a Public Hearing on the improvement noted in the Notice
attached hereto and made a part thereof by reference, Exhibit "A ".

That should the Council proceed with said improvements they will consi-
der each separate improvement, except as hereafter otherwise provided
by the Council all under the following authority, to -wit: Minnesota
Statutes 1961, Chapter 429 and laws amendatory thereof, and in conform-
ity with the City Charter. j
