RESOLUTION NO. 47 -1973
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON OUTLOT D. PARCEL 3000, INNSBRUCK NORTH ADDITION,
AND PLATTING INTO INNSBRUCK NORTH 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcel,
to -wit: Outlot D, Parcek 3000, Innsbruck North Addition, may and shall
be apportioned and divided and platted as follows:
