RESOLUTION NO. 51 -1973
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
ST. 1973 -3 ADDENDUM #2
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley as follows
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property
owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements
to -wit:
Installation of water and sewer mains and services for properties
abutting East River Road from:
631/2 Way N.E. to Rice Creek Way
2. That the City Engineer, Nasim Qureshi, & the City's Consulting
Engineers are hereby authorized and directed to draw the
preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the results
of their estimates of the costs of said improvements, including
every item of cost from inception to completion and all fees
and expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in connection therewith,
or the financing thereof, and to make a preliminary report of
their findings, stating therein whether said improvements are
feasible and whether they can best be made as proposed, or in
connection with some other improvements (and the estimated cost
as recommended), including also a description of the lands or
areas as may receive benefits therefrom and as may be proposed
to be assessed.
3. That said preliminary report of the Engineers shall be furnished
to the Council.
