RESOLUTION NO. 67 -1973
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT: STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST, 1973 -3, ADDENDUM 12
WHEREAS, E. C. Bather and Associates, Consulting Engineers for the
Anoka County Engineering Department, have submitted plans and specifica-
tions for the above described work;
WHEREAS, on May 7:, 1973, the Fridley City Council held a Public -
Hearing on the above described work and the property owners heard thereon
at the meeting as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:

1. That the following improvements proposed

# 51 -1973 are hereby ordered to be effected
and completed
as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:

2. Such plans and specifications, a copy of
which are attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
