RESOLUTION NO. 72 -1973
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER
PROJECT #113
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 41 -1973 adopted on the 2nd day of April
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improve-
ments, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto
for reference as Exhibit "A ",and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice)
were given ten (10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council
Hearing through two (2) weekly- publications of the required notice, and
the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing
as noted in the said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 41 -1973 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as
soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
Sanitary Sewer Mains Outlet F, Storm Sewer Outfall
To serve the area bounded by Matterhorn Drive on the west;
I. 694 on the south; Gardena Avenue on the north; and the
City Municipal boundaries on the east.
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed
under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon
receipt of bids.
3. That the City Engineer, Nasim M. Qureshi, and the City's
Consulting Engineers are hereby designated as the Engineers
for this improvement. They shall prepare final plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 21ST DAY
