RESOLUTION NO. 80 -1973
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR
DATA PROCESSING (LIQUOR SALES AND INVENTORY SYSTEM)
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Fridley has determined there
is a need for data processing of liquor inventory information, and
WHEREAS, Section 471.59, Minnesota Statutes, authorizes joint exercise
by two or more public agencies of any power common to them, and
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the City of Fridley and the City of
Anoka to jointly provide for and maintain a data processing system for
mutual advantage and conern.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fridley that it hereby expresses the intent to enter into a joint powers
agreement with the City of Anoka for data processing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 2ND
DAY OF JULY . 1973.
