RESOLUTION NO. 99 -1973
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST 1972 -1 '
AND ST 1972 -2.
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 6, 1973,
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the
cost of sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such pro-
posed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office
for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 10th
day of September , at 7:30 P.M. to pass upon the
proposed assessment for
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST 1972 -1 AND ST 1972 -2
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and
place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City
at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

6TH DAY OF AUGUST 1973.
