RESOLUTION NO. 2 1974
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TIME AND NUMBER OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS, Section 3.01 as amended of the Charter of the City of Fridley requires
that the City Council shall meet at a fixed time not less than one each month, and
WHEREAS, Section 3.01 as amended of the Charter of the City of Fridley requires
that the City Council shall meet at such times as may be prescribed by resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Council has been meeting on the first and third Mondays of each
month at 7:30 P. M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, that:
1. The City Council shall meet on the first and third Monday of each month.
2. The City Council shall hold Public Hearings on the second Monday of each
month as required by the Council.
3. The City Council shall meet at 7:30 P.-M. on the above designated days.
