RES 1974-108 - 00007959N1 RESOLUTION NO. 108 -1974 A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1975 (WEEDS) WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on the lots listed ' below, WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such nuisance, WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23, Minnesota State Statutes of 1953, did therefore abate the nuisance at a total of $847.22.
