RESOLUTION NO. 12 -1974
A RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING A PORTION OF THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ON LOTS 15 AND 16
BLOCK 6, PARCEL 1030, SPRING BROOK PARK ADDITION, UNDER THE 1973 SERVICE
CONNECTION ASSESSMENT ROLL WHICH WAS APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 131 -1973
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
Lots 15 and 16, Block 6, Parcel 1030, Spring Brook Park Addition, and
WHEREAS, the owner of this property has now presented evidence that he
should receive a credit of $875.00 towards this assessment for extra costs
incurred in connecting to City water and sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE it resolved, as follows:
That the assessment under Resolution No. 131 -1973 be rescinded and the
amount as shown below shall be recertified:
