RES 1974-120 - 000079731218 RESOLUTION NO. 120 -1974 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING BUDGET FROM THE P. E. R. A. FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND AND FROM THE POLICE PENSION FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND, AND AUTHORIZING THE ROUTING OF ALL REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES FOR THE P. E. R. A. FUND AND POLICE RELIEF FUND THROUGH THE GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, The cost of retirement benefits for the year 1974 was budgeted in the P. E. R. A. Fund and Police Pension Fund, and WHEREAS, These expenses are now being charged to the individual departments of the General Fund, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY the City Council of the City of Fridley meeting at a regular session on the 21st day of October, 1974, as follows: 1. That the revenues and appropriations of the following funds be reduced as follows: ESTIMATED REVENUE APPROPRIATIONS P. E. R. A. Fund $99,777.00 $99,777.00 POLICE PENSION FUND $96,209.00 $96,209.00 2. That the budget of the General Fund be increased as follows: ESTIMATED REVENUE Taxes $168,186.00 Interest 800.00 Transfer of Surplus 5,000.00 Insurance Refund 22,000.00 95,986.00 APPROPRIATIONS City Council $ 219.00 City Manager 7,254.00 Finance 11,804.00 Building and Grounds 2,125.00 Police 106,187.00 Fire 9,868.00 Civil Defense 988.00 Engineering, Planning and Building Inspection 16,543.00 Public Works 21,941.00 Sanitation and Health 1,057.00 Parks, Recreation and Band - 18,000.00 $T97. T8-6-= BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all revenues and all expenditures for retirement, except for Volunteer Firemen for the year 1974 shall be routed through the General Fund, including any receipts and disbursements to date, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the P.
