A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES
OF THE COSTS THEREOF: WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
#116, ADDENDUM #1
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 103 -1974 adopted on the 7th day of October, 1974,
by the City Council of the City of Fridley, set the date for hearing on the propose
improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached thereto for
reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten
(10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council Hearing through
two (2) weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing was held and
the property owners heard thereon at the hearing as noted in the said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by the Council Resolution No.
103 -1974 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as
reasonably possible, to -wit:
Water, Sanitary Sewer, Mains and Laterals and Service Connections, Storm
Sewer and Drainage Facilities and Related Appurtenances; to serve the
following properties:
Rice Creek Estates and Rice Creek Estates 2nd Addition, bounded by
Rice Creek Road, 61st Avenue N. E., and that portion west of Benjamin
St. N. E.
2. That work be performed under this project may be performed under
one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of the
bids.
3. That the Public Works Director, Richard Sobiech & the City's Consulting
Engineers are hereby designated as the Engineers for this improvement.
They shall prepare final plans and specification for the making of
such improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 21ST DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1974.
