RESOLUTION NO. 124 -1974
A RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN STREETS FROM THE PROPOSED 1975 STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT ST. 1975 -1 AND ORDERING THESE STREETS TO BE IMPROVED IN THE YEAR OF 1978
WHEREAS, Resolution #15 -1969 adopted on January 20, 1969 by the City Council
of the City of Fridley approved the Ten Year Street Improvement Program for the
City of Fridley, and
WHEREAS, Resolution #98 -1974 adopted on the 23rd day of September 1974 called
a public hearing for the 1975 Street Improvement Project of the Ten Year Street
Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the property owners on certain streets have requested delaying
the program.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley
that the following streets be deleted from the 1975 Street Improvement Project:
Capital Street Hughes Avenue to Main Street
70th Way East River Road to Hickory Drive
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these streets will be improved no later
than the 1978 construction season.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 4TH DAY OF
NOVEMBER, 1974.
