RESOLUTION NO. 137 -1974
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 8, HAMILTON'S ADDITION TO MECHANICSVILLE
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 8, Hamilton's Addition to Mechanicsville, may and shall be
apportioned and combined as follows:
