RESOLUTION NO. 14 -1974
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE RECERTIFICATION OF A CERTAIN SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT ON LOT 1, BLOCK 0, PARCEL 3335, RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a certain special assessment for water and sewer laterals and one- '
fifth building site charge has been levied with respect to certain land, and
WHEREAS, the owner of this lot has requested that the one -fifth building
site charge be transferred to Lot 2, Block 0, Riverview Heights Addition, which is
the lot on which his house actually stands,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessment for water and sewer laterals and one -fifth building
site charge against the following described parcel, to -wit: Lot 1, Block 0,
Parcel 3335, Riverview Heights Addition, may and shall be recertified as
follows:
