A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES
OF THE COSTS THEREOF: WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #114
ADDENDUM #1
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 10 -1974 adopted on the 7th day of January, 1974 by the
City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as specifically
noted in the Notice of Hearing attached thereto for reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed with
the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten (10) days
notice by mail and published notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly
publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property
owners heard thereon at the hearing as noted in the said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution No. 10 -1974
are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as reasonably
possible to -wit:
Water, Sanitary Sewer, Mains & Laterals & Service Connections, Storm
Sewer & Drainage Facilities & Related Appertenances; to serve the
following properties:
The area bounded by 78th Avenue N. E., 79th Avenue N. E., Beech Street
and the Burlington Northern Railroad.
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed under one or
more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of the bids.
3. That the City Engineer, Nasim M
Engineers are hereby designated
