RESOLUTION NO. 32 1974
A RESOLUTION CLOSING OUT THE PARK CAPITAL FUND AND TRANSFERRING SURPLUS FUNDS TO THE
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, A Park Capital Fund was set up for the purpose of acquiring property
known as North Park, and
WHEREAS, The purchase of this property has now been completed, and
WHEREAS, All revenues associated with this project have been received and all
expenses associated with this project have been paid, and
WHEREAS, The General Fund contributed a substantial amount of money towards
the financing of this project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That surplus funds in the amount of $10,293.63
shall be transferred back to the General Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 4TH DAY OF
MARCH, 1974
