RESOLUTION NO. 65 -1974
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING
ON PROPOSED REASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 102
' WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on June 3, 1974, the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed reassessment of the cost
of storm sewer.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 8th day of
July, 1974, at 7:30 P. M. to pass upon the proposed assessment
for
REASSESSMENT FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 102
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and
place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City
at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
