RESOLUTION NO. 87 -1974
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT 1974 SERVICE CONNECTIONS ,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County
Minnesota as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construction
with respect to the following named improvement, to -wit:
A. The 1974 Sewer and Water Mains, Laterals, and Service Connections,
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at
$ 16,175.01
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk shall forthwith
calculate the proper amounts to be specially assessed for said improve-
ment against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land benefited
by said improvement according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 19TH DAY
