RESOLUTION NO. 2 -1975
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TIME AND NUMBER OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS, Section 3.01 as amended of the Charter of the City of
Fridley requires that the City Council shall meet at a fixed time not
less than once each month, and
WHEREAS, Section 3.01 as amended of the Charter of the City of '
Fridley requires that the Council shall meet at such times as may be
prescribed by resolution, and
WHEREAS, The Council has been meeting on the first and third
Mondays of each month at 7 :30 o�clock P.M.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of
Fridley that:
1.
The City Council
shall meet on the 1st and 3rd Mondays
of each month.
2.
The City Council
shall hold Public Hearings on the 2nd
Monday of each month
as required by the Council.
3.
The City Council
shall hold a Conference Meeting on the
4th Monday of the
month when practical.
4.
The City Council
shall meet at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the
above designated
days.
