A RESOLUTION REQUESTING AID FROM HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to statutory authority, the
Public Works Director, Richard Sobiech, for and on behalf of
the City of Fridley is hereby authorized to request and obtain from
the Minnesota Department of Highways, needed engineering and
technical services during the year of 1975; for which payment will
be made by the City of Fridley upon receipt of verified claims from
the Commissioner of Highways.
